Tube Headphone Amps

Things change fast in DIY and High-End Audio. There is no such thing as the "best" amplifier, nor is there something as the best source, the best storage medium or best speakers. Let alone that we could judge quality of music or performance for one another.

On the other hand, there seems to be a big mainstream movement going on where quality of sound is not as important as the fact that we can listen to music anytime, anywhere and for anyone based on his or her individual preference.

And since my kids listen to iPods, music on their laptop, television etc. as long as it makes sound it's OK. To me it does seem logical that there is room for people that want to listen to high-quality music without disturbing others or being disturbed by others.
